When you book a party we will provisionally hold your date for a maximum of 10 days. The booking is only finalised upon reciept of a £20 deposit. If we do not recieve the deposit within 10 days then the booking will be cancelled, and you will be notified of this.

In the event of a cancellation we require 7 days notice. If we are not informed before 7 days prior to the party then your deposit will be lost.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party, cheque or cash is accepted. We will accept payment on the day of the party, but it must be in cash, and before the party starts. In the event of non attendance by guests, we are not able to refund any extra after the minimum that do not attend. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if any extra children attending the party than confirmed in the original booking. In this case payment will only be accepted in cash on the day.

We recommend that you serve your party food before or after our booking time, this way your child and guests will have the full amount of time with me. If you choose to serve your food during our booking time then we cannot guarantee that every child will be seen.

We have public liability insurance to include accidental injury/damage to any person/propery caused in conjunction with the business. Copies of qualifications are available upon request.
